ROLE OF THE CONTROL MODULE
• Monitor and control the operation of the fire extinguishing system
• Receive and process alarm signals from the place where a fire occurs (input)
• Send fire alarm signals to sirens / fire alarm lights / close or open connected control relays (output).
• Send the activation signal to the fire extinguishing gas cylinder to discharge aerosol extinguishing gas.
• Send the notification signal that the aerosol fire extinguishing system has been activated

DSPA µ-FEP control module
• Can set alarm/ fire extinguishing by manual, single zone or double zone.
• Outputs used for fire alarm devices, fault alarm, fire extinguishing discharge activation, ventilation shutdown signal, alarm by light, by bell/horn.
• 1 supervised output used for aerosol fire extinguishers.
• 2 supervised fire alarm input zones used for heat detectors and/or smoke detectors.
• 2 supervised input groups used for the gas discharge activation switch (release button) and the gas discharge activation stop switch (abort button).
• Gas discharge delay button to prevent unwanted gas discharge.
• Has test mode, allowing testing of fire detectors, signal testing, control part testing without discharging gas.
• Supervises faults and indicates faults.
• Supervises faults of the fire extinguishing gas discharge output.
• Supervises faults of the fire detector input.
• Allows selecting to bypass the gas discharge delay time after pressing the manual gas discharge button.
• Has an event history recording memory, can be read through the USB port.
• Has RS485 communication port.
